SHIPPING
Although most gemstones will be in stock and may ship within three to four business days, some items may not be and therefore may require additional time up to 14 business days in production before they are shipped.

We respect each individual's right to personal privacy, and we are committed to protecting your privacy. All your personal information, including your postal and email address, are kept confidential at all times. We do not sell, trade, or rent any information we collect from you to third parties. If you have registered with us, we may use your contact information to inform you of new products, promotions, or other items of interest. This information is also kept confidential.
SIZING
Please make sure you have the correct size before you order and keep in mind our bracelets are somewhat elastic. We recommend using a tape measure and measuring the circumference of your wrist just above the hand. Please make sure to allow for a bit of room for slack. We offer bracelets in the following sizes:
Small - 7.0"
Medium - 7.5"
Large - 7.9"
X-Large - 8.3"
CUSTOM SIZES
If you need a bracelet in a size outside of our standard sizes, please email josh@billybakerco.com and we will do our best to make a bracelet that best fits your wrist.
OUT OF STOCK
Due to the nature of our business, occasionally merchandise will run out of stock. When this happens you will be contacted immediately and offered a full refund or a similarly priced alternative.
CARE
Storing
We recommend storing your jewelry in the packaging we include with each piece so that it does not become tangled or damaged with other jewelry and items.
Cleaning
Gemstones should be gently cleaned with a soft cloth and never washed. Do not wear your jewelry while bathing, showering or swimming. All our items feature a 100% sterling silver logo piece that can experience a patina change over time due to oxidation. It is important to keep your items clean of oils, moisture and debris to keep them looking their best.
Elastic Cord
Many of our items are made with high quality stretch cord. Please do not attempt to stretch them out. All elastic will loosen slightly over time, this is normal and nothing to worry about.
Restringing
Should you accidentally break your bracelet we are happy to restring it for a charge of $10.00. Please just mail it in, including whatever loose parts you might have and we will take care of it and mail it back to you.
